Coffee cups indicate the complexity of a file, tip or article. One coffee cup is the easiest and three is the most advanced.
To download a file, click on the green arrow icon next to the listing. If there are no coffee cups
or platform icons, the listing may be an article, Quick Tip, Knowledgebase or bonus file.
I love this technique for it’s simplicity in allowing a different entry method other than a blank portal row. Just enter a name in the single row portal and it will appear in the portal below. No additional relationships, scripts, calculations are basically anything required. Just a simple filtered one row portal. I believe I learned about this tip from Excelysis but my memory fails me.
